Work included replacing the existing roof with a 3 ply roof system. Exterior work included new main entrance way, sidewalks and other specific landscaping. New surface stripping and sealing ramp and parking deck.

In addition, WW performs ground maintenance, pest control, snow removal, disposal of refuse including recycled materials, carpentry, and locksmith services. WW Also provides parking space maintenance services such as striping and patching.. Subcontract disciplines include elevator maintenance, chemical treatment, fire protection, electrical testing, pressure vessel testing, pest control, landscaping, waste management.
