Work included replacing the existing roof with a 3 ply roof system. Exterior work included new main entrance way, sidewalks and other specific landscaping. New surface stripping and sealing ramp and parking deck.

Description: Complete renovation of Drydock (base restaurant, bar and general purpose center) building, Scope of work to include complete renovation of existing building, new bar with cabinets, sinks and dishwasher. replacement of galley equipment and prep areas. New mechanical, electrical, plumbing to include new bathrooms, security, fire protection systems, and general construction work to include tile and carpet flooring, new ceiling system, reconfigure room layout, painting and finishing, extensive woodworking, i.e.. crown and chair molding and intricate oak trim detail. Exterior work included new main entrance way, sidewalks and landscaping.

Description: Facility Management-responsible for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment for the entire base including HVAC, plumbing, food service equipment, air and steam, and oil and water separators. Services also encompass the operation and maintenance of the sprinkler system, elevators, and water and sewage systems. In addition, WW performs ground maintenance, pest control, snow removal, disposal of refuse including recycled materials, carpentry, and locksmith services. WW Also provides parking space maintenance services such as striping and patching.. Subcontract disciplines include elevator maintenance, chemical treatment, fire protection, electrical testing, pressure vessel testing, pest control, landscaping, waste management.
