WW Contractors was founded in 1986 as an electrical contraction firm under the ownership and direction of Vietnam Era Veteran, Warren J. Wiggins.

Initially, the company focused on electrical construction and service, but quickly expanded into the facility management and maintenance arena in 1992. Over the last thirteen years, WW has continued to grow as a full-service facilities management and construction management firm. WW employs approximately 230 people.
Our past experience and continued involvement in the facility design and construction industry greatly enhances our facility management services by providing our facilities clients with valuable expertise to address all forms of systems design, installation, and service challenges. Our "full spectrum" expertise also allows us to protect and guard our clients against unrealistic or inaccurate construction/renovation estimates, ineffective project scheduling, and incorrect or inefficient ordering of materials. |
